Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and on Tuesdays from 7:15 p.m. to 9 p.m. we practise zazen in the rooms of the Czech-Japanese Association and the Japanese Tea School Urasenke. The practice follows the ritus of the Japanese soto zen school. If you come, you can expect two cycles of the sitting meditation zazen and a short walking meditation kin-hin in between. In the end we sing sutras and then drink a cup of green tea. All you need are loose clothes – dark colours preferred - and good temper. If you have any questions, please ask here.
