Use the unique opportunity to spend time with your deeper self during the three-day sesshin. It takes place in
Platoř, a village near Sušice.
If number of people (who book and pay ahead) exceeds ten we move to a bigger house located in Planá u Mariánských lázní.
The departure from Prague is on Friday at 6:30am. The sesshin starts with silence at Friday and finishes on Sunday afternoon
at around 4pm. You can leave back home on Sunday afternoon or on Monday morning (at 5am).
During Sunday late afternoon we plan to go for a walk.
The every day programm consists of 3-4 blocks of zazen with periods 30-45 minutes long and 2 blocks of Iyengar yoga.
After lunch there will be one hour free time. Food is japanese and simple (misoshiru, rice, soba noodles).

All kind of postures with a straight back is allowed (half lotos, Burmese posture, seiza)
including sitting on a chair.
What to take: Comfortable dark clothes for sitting, slippers,
good mood, a sleeping mat and a sleeping bag. Zafus and zabuttons are at the place.
